They are not suitable for carbonated ingredients and require regular vacuum inspection and cleaning before use. Open the lock of the wire and make sure that the glass lid is tightly connected to the glass jar.
They are BPA & silicone free, food safe, and dishwasher safe, but not suitable for carbonated ingredients. Pearl Seals should be stored in a dark, dry environment and sterilized before reuse.
